Most of you watched the remodel of the hair styling area late last year. Our goal was to establish a top quality hair salon for our customers. Well we leased hair stations to four long time Gresham stylists with many years of experience. Seemed we had created a win-win-win situation for all--a place for 4 stylists to work, a place for their customers to come and a convenient place for our customers to get hair services! Once the stylists got set up and working it quickly became obvious that they were only willing to work the hours convenient for themselves and their established clients. None of them were willing to put any effort into taking walk in clients and we had to turn away walk in business. That did not reflect well on Tan Down Under and the high service level we strive to maintain for all our clients. Changes had to happen quickly and happen they did! The stylist who were leasing the stations found another location that fit their needs and we are now building the best stylist team ever and can return to our customer freindly philosophy we so strongly believe in. With our new team of stylists you will find highly trained individuals who are up on the latest styles, colors, trends and fads as well as possessing the skill sets to properly maintain hair styles that you have chosen as your own. Our stylist will be attending classes for continuing education, always making sure they have the latest knowledge and techniques necessary to give you the best and latest in Hair Care. We are staffed Monday through Friday at this time and as our new stylists arrive our hours will increase to fit almost any schedule.
